I live and work on Bowen Island representing buyers and sellers on Bowen Island and island recreational properties throughout the Howe Sound and Sunshine Coast.

I came to Prudential Sussex Realty with a wealth of experience that I gained selling real estate in Naples, FL while on an extended sabbatical. I have lived in British Columbia for the majority of my adult life living in Whistler and West Vancouver and have spent many years enjoying the recreational pursuits of the Sea to Sky corridor and the Sunshine Coast. During this time my husband and I have designed and built homes on Bowen Island, the Sunshine Coast and currently on Hardy Island. I am delighted to share my insight into developing remote properties and home building with you to help you see your dreams fulfilled.

Along with my wealth of experience in real estate and developing property, I have 15 years experience in tourism sales and marketing and I bring this expertise to the world of marketing and selling real estate. I have the technical skill and knowledge to ensure my clients’ homes are marketed using current marketing strategies, the knowledge that communication is the key to customer service, as well as the experience to successfully negotiate multi million dollar contracts.

When my husband and I decided to return to British Columbia from Florida we knew that Bowen Island would be the ideal community to live, work and raise our new daughter.
